Wizz Air traffic up 23% in July
Wizz Air said posted a 22.9% jump in passenger numbers for July on Monday, as the load actor ticked higher.

The low-cost airline said passenger numbers rose to just over 3.47m last month from just under 2.82m in July last year, as the load factor - which gauges how full the flights are - nudged up to 95.4% from 94.5%.
On a rolling 12-month basis, traffic was up 23.1% to 31.7m and the load factor increased to 91.7% from 90.8%.
The traffic stats came as it emerged that Wizz was the worst airline when it came to delays at UK airports last year.
According to Press Association analysis of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) data, Wizz's UK departures were on average 23 minutes late in 2017. Norwegian Air Shuttle was the second-worst performer, followed by Vueling, Thomas Cook and BMI Regional.
Meanwhile, Scandinavian Airlines was the most punctual, with its flights on average just seven minutes late.
The ranking covers 44 airlines that had at least 2,000 scheduled flights from UK airports last year.
At 0955 BST, Wizz shares were up 1.1% to 3,389p.
