For its last full year, the marketing, technology and data group had reported 51% revenue growth, albeit alongside a deepened loss before tax.
Yet non-executive chairman David Morrison said he expected to be able to report positive news for the current financial year despite an unsettling market environment and financial constraints.
Meanwhile, the AIM traded company confirmed the appointment of Cairn Financial Advisers as NOMAD, while also setting Dowgate in place as sole broker to the company.
"The appointment of Cairn as NOMAD and Dowgate as sole broker to the group is both timely and appropriate given both the size of the business and its current institutional shareholder base. The board and I look forward to working with our newly appointed advisers whose role it will be to help guide the business as it continues to evolve and develop its ever more compelling proposition," said Morrison.
Be Heard Group's shares were down 1.71% at 0.86p at 1302 BST.
