Amino told investors on Tuesday that the contract demonstrated progress on its transformation programme, focused on software and services and value-add hardware sales.
The AIM-listed outfit's AminoOS powered Kamai 650M IPTV device will be deployed to seamlessly deliver enhanced IPTV services across the Iowa multiservice provider's high-speed fibre-optic network and the group will also collaborate with its strategic middleware partner Minerva Networks to facilitate Waverly's ongoing rollout of video services.
Chief executive Donald McGarva said: "We are pleased to demonstrate progress on our transformation programme which we launched alongside our full-year results earlier this year.
"We believe that Waverly is representative of many operators seeking solutions that can leverage in-home coax cabling via agile devices."
As of 1020 GMT, Amino shares had dipped 1.16% to 85p.
