Ryanair traffic slides 97% in June
Ryanair passenger numbers tumbled in June as the coronavirus pandemic continued to take its toll on the airline industry.

Group traffic and Ryanair traffic both slid 97% to 400,000, while Lauda flew no passengers, versus 600,000 in June last year.
On a rolling 12-month basis, passenger numbers fell 27% to 107.2m.
Ryanair said it operated just over 2,800 scheduled flights in June compared to the 79,600 it had budgeted for.
As of Wednesday, the budget airline has resumed 40% of its UK flights, with 1,000 flights operating daily.
Also on Wednesday, the pilots’ union said Ryanair pilots had agreed to take a temporary 20% pay cut in order to save jobs. Balpa said 96% of its Ryanair members voted in favour of a pay reduction.
