The AIM-traded firm said the first was with UMPI, a part of one of the world’s largest music publisher Universal Music Publishing Group.
It said the agreement was administered by SACEM, and covered UMPG's notable signings include the likes of Florence & The Machine, Mumford & Sons, Billie Eilish, J.Cole, Post Malone and Nicki Minaj.
The second publishing agreement was with SACEM - the Society of Authors, Composers, and Publishers of Music - which represented the rights of authors and composers in France, such as David Guetta and Mylene Farmer.
Its third agreement was with ASCAP - the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers - which represented the public performances of its members' musical copyright in the United States.
EVR Holdings said ASCAP represented the rights of songwriters such as Kendrick Lamar and St. Vincent.
The final agreement was with BMI - Broadcast Music Incorporated - collecting and distributing public performance license fees on behalf of its songwriter, composer and music publisher members across the United States.
BMI represented the rights of songwriters such as Lady Gaga and Childish Gambino.
“As MelodyVR continues to expand, these four music licensing deals enhance our opportunities for content creation and distribution on a global basis,” said EVR Holdings chief executive officer Anthony Matchett.
“Following a successful 2018 and with an exciting 2019 ahead, these agreements extend our position as the world's only licensed virtual reality music platform.”
