Marex Spectron confirms intention to float in London
Marex Spectron has confirmed its intention to float on the London Stock Exchange.
The commodities broker said it intended to apply for its shares to have a premium listing on London's main market. The initial public offering will comprise existing shares.
After admission the company will have a free float of at least 25% of its share capital and expects to be eligible for inclusion in the FTSE UK indices. Shares representing a further 15% of the offer will be made available to investors as an over-allotment option.
The details confirmed plans set out on 14 May when the company said it was considering an IPO.
