InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, announces that it was notified today, Joseph Bayer, Executive Chairman has purchased 4,660 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each in the Company at a price of 56.60 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Joseph Bayer personally now holds a total of 32,840 shares. He also has a separate holding of 114,999 Ordinary Shares held via his Australian Superannuation Fund which Mr Bayer controls. Therefore, Joseph Bayer's total interest in the Company through direct and indirect holdings is 147,839 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
