Remains a mid-long term neutral-bearish trend, although in the short term the bias is neutral since it set lows at 0.39. However, recent rises have exceeded the first technical reference for resistance, therefore allowing for additional gaining towards 0.4. Going above this resistance would positively bias short-term trend to neutral-bullish; renewed bearish bias would only happen it it lost support at 0.4.

Long term comment

From some months ago, long-term scenario remains bearish. However, it shall be taken in account that since the last lows an exhaustion in the trend is being noticed. Therefore, extreme caution is recommended in spite of an eventual upwards turn.
