Its principal activities include: management and maintenance of sandalwood plantations, promotion of sandalwood managed investment schemes, ownership and leasing of land, provision of finance, production and cultivation of hay and sugar cane. The company' s major land properties are located in the Ord River Irrigation Area. In June 30, 2007 it acquired control of a 6,600 hectare property located in the south of Kununurra.
