The company, which makes highly engineered automotive fluid storage, carrying and delivery systems, expects to report revenue of about €3.4bn. At constant currency, the revenue performance is expected to exceed global light vehicle production in excess of 2%, it said.
The adjusted EBIT margin is likely to be broadly in line with the first half, TI said, while adjusted free cash flow for the year is anticipated to be "very strong" and surpass the group’s expectations.
"We remain confident in the group's ability to outperform global light vehicle production on a constant currency basis, maintain high margins and generate strong cash flow," the company said.
