The 20-year bancassurance partnership with the bank would start from this April, Prudential said in a statement.
Prudential's Vietnam subsidiary will also become the preferred life insurance provider to BRG Group, which has more than 10m customers across its operations including telecommunications, postal and retail.
Prudential last month said it would make Aisan investments a priority as it looked to expand in the region.
The company in October split its UK M&G business from operations in Asia and the US in a demerger. Asian operations account for nearly two-thirds of the company’s revenues and more than half its profits.
