The London-listed firm said revenues from its ‘Clareti’ unit were up 50% to £8.3m in the six months ended 30 June, with recurring software revenues from Clareti ahead 83% to £5.5m.
Clareti annualised recurring revenues were said to be 47% higher at £9.1m.
The company’s adjusted EBITDA surged 525% to £2.5m year-on-year, with cash EBITDA up 178% at £0.7m.
On the operational front, Gresham said it signed six new Clareti customers in the first half, with four being “strategic” high-value wins.
It said it made competitor market share gains in data integrity and control, as well as investments in corporate cash management solutions, which helped to deliver its revenue growth.
The company completed the successful sale of the four decades-old non-Clareti VME business during the period, with the firm’s board and management saying it was “confident” in the strategy and outlook for the company.
“We're delighted to report an excellent start to the year signing in excess of £9.7m of new Clareti licence commitments,” said chief executive officer Ian Manocha.
“The Clareti platform is becoming the new standard for data integrity and control in capital markets, and our cash management business is gathering momentum.”
