Drinks group C&C said it expected full year earnings before interest and tax to be marginally ahead of estimates.
The company also forecast adjusted earning per share growth of above 10% - in line with guidance. It reaffirmed its medium-term guidance for the group of mid to high single-digit EPS growth, but warned that this assumed “no material or prolonged impact from Covid-19, which we are monitoring closely”.
C&C, which makes Bulmers cider and Tennent's beer, added that the search for a new chief executive was progressing, after former CEO Stephen Glancey stepped down in February.
