Seabourn's Odyssey vessel will be docked until January 15, while Ovation and Encore will not sail until April 18 and May 28, respectively.
Carnival stated the decision to cancel the voyages was "a proactive action" to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic.
Seabourn president said: "Our highest priorities are compliance, environmental protection and the health, safety and well-being of our guests, crew and the people in destinations we visit.
"We know our past guests and travellers are eager to travel when the time is right and that time is on the horizon, so I would encourage anyone to look at their calendar and start planning a trip today to let the excitement build."
Impacted guests will see their sailing automatically cancelled and will receive bonus future cruise credits with the FTSE 250-listed firm.
As of 1105 BST, Carnival shares had sunk 1.89% to 1,007.56p.
