The AIM-traded firm said the agreement followed the successful collaboration between Next and its Scion brand, announced earlier in 2020.
With the Morris & Co brand, Walker Greenbank said Next would produce apparel, including womenswear, men's shirts and childrenswear, with an anticipated launch date of June 2021.
For the Sanderson and Sanderson Home brands, Next would produce a range of homeware, with the products expected to be launched following the Morris & Co apparel launch.
All of the products under the licensing agreement were expected to become available, once launched, both online at and in a number of Next retail stores.
“We have developed an excellent working relationship with NEXT through our successful collaboration on our youthful Scion brand,” said chief executive officer Lisa Montague.
“We're hugely excited to be able to extend this relationship with our iconic Sanderson and Morris & Co brands, whose traditional roots and enduring appeal have particular resonance at the current time.
“This new licensing agreement marks a tremendous opportunity to bring Sanderson and Morris & Co to new customers through inventive new products being developed by Next.”
