The AIM-traded property portal had announced the appointment of Tom Carter as its new CFO on 24 January.
It confirmed on Friday that Carter would join OnTheMarket, and become a member of the board, on 3 July.
“Interim CFO Simon Bullock will remain with the group until 4 August, to ensure a comprehensive handover,” the directors said in their statement.
At 1130 BST, shares in OnTheMarket were down 2.43% at 70.25p.
