The AIM-traded firm said ‘Bricklive in the Park' would be a new, potentially multi-year, live show at London’s Battersea Park in August.
It said the contract represented a “significant milestone” for the company, as despite the return of the tours at zoos and other leisure venues, there had not been a live show since 2019.
The show would be similar to the NEC event in 2018, with interactive educational stations filled with brick-based challenges and entertainment.
Tours would include ‘Fantasy Kingdom’, ‘Metropolis’, ‘Outer Space’, ‘Safari’ and ‘Mythical Beasts’.
The planned zones would be a ‘Friends Brick Pit’, ‘Architecture Build’, ‘Race Ramps’ where visitors could build cars and then race them, a ‘Master Build Workshop’, a ‘Graffiti Wall’, and a collaborative build of Battersea Power Station
Revenue would be generated via ticket sales and retail stands, both for Bricklive sets and third parties, as well as sponsorship.
“I am delighted that we have managed to secure Battersea Park for our first post-Covid Bricklive show,” said chairman David Ciclitira.
“We have been working on this for some time now and the timing is right and coincides with the UK government's recent announcement.
“This is a return to normal and we are pleased to have done the background work to be able to come to market with this show at this opportune time as the Public's thirst for live content and events grows.”
At 1400 GMT, shares in Live Company Group were down 9.22% at 4.63p.
