LightwaveRF wins smart-lighting partnership with Google
LightwaveRF on Monday partnered with Google to jointly market its compatible smart speakers, making it the first installed Smart Lighting manufacturer in the UK to offer voice-controlled lighting in one starter kit purchase.

The Google Mini and Google Nest Hub are being made available bundled with the AIM traded company's compatible lights and sockets from Lightwave's website or from a selection of authorised retailers and stockists.
Lightwave added that it will also work closely with the technology giant to educate customers on the benefits of Google Assistant for managing their home, while the two will also engage in a range of initiatives to demonstrate their products working together.
Jason Elliott, chief executive of Lightwave, said: "The contract with Google demonstrates a commitment from both sides to make it easy for customers to select and buy great products that work seamlessly together to create a fantastic experience. The partnership also further reinforces Lightwave's position as the brand that offers the most convenient and affordable installed Smart Lighting solution available on the market."
LightwaveRF's shares were up 14.98% at 7.33p at 1135 BST.
