Frontier Developments expects to report full-year revenues of approximately £76m, while operating profits, as reported under IFRS, were anticipated to be at least £16m - giving the group an operating profit margin of roughly 21% for the full year.
As far as 2021 was concerned, the AIM-listed group said it had started the year "confidently", based on its "attractive" portfolio of existing titles, its "exciting" development and publishing roadmaps and the group's "skilled, passionate and growing team".
Frontier, which is also responsible for the Elite Dangerous series, highlighted that the current trading year would also see the release of its "genre-leading" Planet Coaster title for PlayStation and Xbox.
Chief executive David Braben said: "We are well-positioned going forward with great visibility of a fantastic range of projects over the next few years, both internal and external. We've started FY21 strongly with our current portfolio of games continuing to do very well.
"Our future is more exciting than ever and we look forward to working with all our great partners over the coming years."
As of 1025 BST, Frontier shares had ticked up 0.051% to 1, 940.98p.
