D4T4 inked a new multi-year contract for Celebrus with an unnamed "major UK high street bank" and secured an extension to an existing contract with a mystery US bank.
The AIM-listed firm also signed a "significant multi-year capacity extension and multiple country expansion contract" for Celebrus with "a major European financial services customer".
The company said the wins evidenced its strong trading in the final months of the year and bear out its confidence at the interim stage in the group's "significant" pipeline of new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
Group management also noted that some of its new contracts had been won on an "as a service / recurring revenue" basis.
Chief executive Peter Kear said: "We are delighted with these contract successes which provide valuable underpinning to both current year and future earnings potential for D4T4, being based on consumption as well as perpetual licence models, and a pleasing endorsement of version 9.0 of the Celebrus product we launched last year."
As of 0900 GMT, D4T4 shares had shot up 8.78% to 223p.
