Trans-Siberian Gold plc (TSG.LN), a low cost, high grade gold producer in Russia, is pleased to announce that all resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 4 June 2019, were duly passed at the Company's General Meeting held at 11.00am today.
