In conformity with 5.6.1AR of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Man Group plc announces that its total issued listed share capital as at the close of business on 24 March 2023 comprised 1,313,349,959 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each fully paid. This figure includes 91,372,214 ordinary shares which are held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 1,221,977,745 ordinary shares with voting rights.
The above figure of 1,221,977,745 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, Man Group plc under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
