Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, was notified on 2 June 2020 that Edward Fitzalan-Howard, Duke of Norfolk, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on the same day purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 102 pence per share. As a result, Edward Fitzalan-Howard, Duke of Norfolk, has a total beneficial interest of 372,864 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
