Notice of decisions by the Board of Directors
On 27 June 2019, the Board of Directors of TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN; MOEX: TRCN) has approved an extension to Vyacheslav Saraev's term as Chief Executive Officer of PJSC TransContainer to a three-year period ending 1 July 2022.
Vyacheslav Saraev was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 28 June 2018. Between 2011 and 2018, prior to joining TransContainer, Vyacheslav Saraev held a number of senior positions in EvrazHolding Ltd., the management company of EVRAZ. From January 2015 to October 2017, he served as CEO of EVRAZ Nahodka Sea Trade Port, a leading stevedoring company in the Russian Far East. Mr. Saraev graduated from the Kuzbass Technical University in 1998. He received his PhD in technical sciences from Institute of Coal and Coal Chemistry of the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Science.
