CONTRACT UPDATE
Clipper Logistics plc ("Clipper"), a leading provider of value-added logistics solutions, e-fulfilment and returns management services, is pleased to announce that it is in advanced discussions with Arcadia Group Ltd ("Arcadia") to agree a Transportation contract for their store delivery network.
The current Transportation contract is managed by another logistics provider. TUPE consultations are expected to commence shortly once an appropriate process is agreed between Clipper and the incumbent. This announcement is being made today as such consultations will be in the public domain. Once finalised, this new contract will see Clipper making nearly 3,000 deliveries per week with the operation expected to commence from August 2020.
