Tristel, a manufacturer of infection prevention and contamination control products, issued shares to raise equity as it expands internationally. In its final results for the 2016 financial year, the company said it plans to implement its strategy to deliver long-term sustainable growth to shareholders, distribute surplus cash to shareholders, invest in gaining gaining regulatory approval to enter new geographic markets, and to invest in the design and development of new and existing products.

Intellectual property support services provider RWS Holdings posted its final results for the year to 30 September on Tuesday, reporting record revenues and profits ahead of market expectations.The AIM-traded firm said sales increased by 28% to £122.0m, with adjusted operating profit up 40% to £32.0m.

Private equity firm Better Capital is to sell its stake in the Walkabout bar chain to Stonegate Pub Company for £39.5m. Its fund, Becap12, has exchanged contracts to sell its stake in Intertain, which owns the Walkabout Australian brand, to Stonegate with the deal expected to complete later this week.

AIM-listed specialist services and engineering company TP Group has been awarded a contract valued at around £1.5m by GE Oil & Gas within the nuclear sector. The contract will begin immediately and will be delivered by TP Group subsidiary TPG Engineering from its facility in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester over the next two years.

AIM-listed miner Asiamet Resources raises £2m through a private equity placing, in order to fund its copper project in the next stage of development. Through broker Optiva Securities, the company is to receive about £2m from the purchase of 86.9m sharers at £0.023p each.

AIM-listed Manx Telecom has won a contract from China Unicom to provide roaming connectivity for Chinese visitors to the UK.
Through its relationship with Telefonica, Manx will provide connectivity to China Unicom's CUniq UK mobile and roaming product.
