Cerillion, a customer relationship management software provider, expects full year results to be in line with market expectations after “encouraging progress” in the second half of the year.
In a trading update for the year ended 30 September, the company expects revenues to increase 6% to £14.8m and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) to rise 8% to £3.1m.

AIM-listed Premier Asset Management Group’s assets under management grew in the fourth quarter, despite uncertainty in the market in the wake of the EU referendum result. In a trading update for the quarter ended 30 September, the company said total assets under management increased to £5bn.

Life science research tools supplier Abcam announced on Monday that it has committed to the lease of a new facility for its global headquarters at the Biomedical Campus in Cambridge, subject to the grant of full planning approval.
The AIM-traded firm said the purpose-built facility will place Abcam at the heart of an international centre for life science and clinical innovation, increasing collaboration opportunities with scientific opinion leaders and strengthening links with pharmaceutical discovery groups, institutions and clinicians.

Online distribution and digital product company Crossrider bought PC maintenance software, DriverAgent, from eSupport.com for $1m. The bolt-on acquisition is in line with the AIM listed company’s strategy to strengthen its business to customer reach in order to operate as a digital distribution and product hub utilising existing technology and intellectual property.

Shares in AIM-listed software solutions provider Fusionex International, which specialises in big data analytics, artificial intelligence and the internet of things, soared nearly 18% on Monday as the company said it expects revenue to be in line with expectations. In a trading update for the year ended 30 September, the company said it has built on the momentum of the first half of the year into the second, as it launched the next generation of its big data analytics platform, Giant 2016, in June.

Satellite communications equipment provider Global Invacom Group announced on Monday that its US subsidiary Raven Antenna Systems, previously trading as Skyware Global, has been rebranded Global Skyware. The AIM and Singapore Exchange-traded firm said the rebranding, including a new trading name, logo and slogan, will bring the business in line with Global Invacom's wider brand, providing consistency across all areas of the group.
