Spire Healthcare pleased with 2019 performance

Spire Healthcare said it had made a good start to the year as the hospital group prepared for its annual meeting.

"We are pleased with our performance in the first four months of 2019, which places Spire on track to meet market expectations for the full year," the company said in a trading update.

The company said it expected to report results for the six months to the end of June on 16 September.
