Schroders assets under management rise comfortably in first three quarters

Schroders released a brief update for the third quarter on Tuesday, reporting that as at period end, its total assets under management stood at £450.8bn, rising from £407.2bn at the start of 2019.

The FTSE 100 asset management company said that of that, its institutional assets under management grew to £268.8bn on 30 September from £242.3bn on 1 January, while intermediary assets were at £130bn at the end of the third quarter, from £121.2bn.

Its asset management division boasted assets under management of £398.8bn at period end, rising from £363.5bn, while wealth management assets totalled £52bn, up from £43.7bn.
