Rightster Group signs deal with Procter & Gamble

Digital video distribution company Rightster Group has clinched a deal with US-based consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble in the Asia Pacific region.

Under the terms of the agreement, the London-listed company has rolled out two digital video campaigns, featuring a host of video bloggers, aimed at promoting P&Gā€™s SKII skincare range in the region.

"After partnering with P&G on social influencer campaigns in India and France, we're thrilled to extend our relationship to Asia Pacific,ā€ said group chief executive Patrick Walker.

ā€œP&G is a truly forward thinking company that understands the benefit of digital first collaboration and experimentation with social media stars on YouTube and other emerging video platforms.ā€

Rightster did not provide any financial details of the deal.

Rightster shares were down 0.67% to 14.90p at 1116 BST on Tuesday.
