NMC Health releases floor area details of Royal Women's Hospital

NMC Health issued a further response to the “attack” from short seller Muddy Waters on Friday, reporting that it has obtained a letter from STH Consultant confirming the total built-up floor area of the NMC Royal Women’s Hospital hospital at 18,595 square metres.

The FTSE 100 company said STH was the engineering consultant retained for the hospital development project, formerly known as Brightpoint Hospital.

It said it had also made available Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD)-approved floor plans of NMC Royal Women's Hospital.

The release came after NMC Health announced the launch of an independent review in response to the Muddy Waters report on Monday.
