Moneysupermarket acquisition of Decision Technologies clears final hurdle

Moneysupermarket.com Group confirmed the completion of the UK merger control process phase of its proposed acquisition of Decision Technologies on Tuesday.

The FTSE 250 firm said that as a result, the final condition for completion of the acquisition had now been met.

It said it expected the acquisition to complete in the next fortnight.

“Following the acquisition, we look forward to helping more people save more money from their home bills, by making it easier for people to find the best deals in the market across many categories, especially the growing home communications market,” the Moneysupermarket board said in its short statement.
