HICL agrees to possible £50m Dutch PPP investment

Infrastructure investment firm HICL Infrastructure Company announced a new investment in the Netherlands on Monday.

The FTSE 250 company, which is advised by InfraRed Capital Partners, said it has signed a binding arrangement, subject to certain approvals, to acquire certain rights to make an investment in a public-private project.

“Under [this arrangement], circa £50m is expected to be invested in the future,” the HICL board said in its short statement.

No further details on the investment arrangement were revealed.
