Countryside Properties expands relationship with Sigma Capital

Countryside Properties said on Monday that it has further expanded its strategic relationship with private rental sector provider Sigma Capital to deliver up to 5,000 new homes across England over the next three years.

Countryside said it continues to see "attractive" opportunities for growth to deliver a mix of private for sale, PRS and affordable homes, supporting its target of delivering 8,000 homes a year in Partnerships by 2023.
