Commercial passenger aircraft leasing company Avation announced on Wednesday that it has delivered a new ATR 72-600 turboprop aircraft to Philippines airline Cebu Air, trading as Cebu Pacific, at the manufacturer's facility in Toulouse, France.

The London-listed firm said Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CA CIB) acted as sole arranger, facility agent and security trustee for the commercial financing of the aircraft.

Avation was advised by K & L Gates, while CACIB was advised by Clifford Chance.

“We were pleased to enjoy commercial finance for our 46th aircraft,” said Avation executive chairman Jeff Chatfield.

CA CIB's head of Asian aviation group, Laurent Delvart, added that his company was "delighted by this additional cooperation between Avation and CA CIB”.
