Audioboom enjoys best quarter to date with 650 new content partners

Audioboom, an audio on-demand mobile platform, said it enjoyed its best quarter to date with 650 new content partnerships.

The group had 4m registered users at the end of May and 1.275m mobile app downloads during the quarter.

As a result, Audioboom expects to meet or exceed its full-year forecasts for all its performance measures.

Chief executive Rob Proctor said: "May was another record month, not just for our reported key performance indicators but also for other key metrics including monthly active users, listens and follows.

"Together with strong performance in March and April, the quarter was comfortably our best to date," he added.

Shares closed up 3.45% to 7.5p on Thursday.
