3i Infrastructure portfolio performs 'strongly'

Investment firm 3i Infrastructure said on Friday that its portfolio was "performing strongly" and that it was confident in its ability to continue to generate "attractive" further investment opportunities.

3i Infrastructure said is had seen strong performances from portfolio companies TCR, Tampnet, Infinis, Valorem, Attero, ESVAGT, and Ionisos - all of which continued to benefit from "positive underlying growth trends" and recent contract wins.

The FTSE 250-listed noted that its other portfolio companies were performing in line with expectations, with the exception of DNS:NET, which continues to "face challenges" with its network rollout.

3i Infrastructure added that total income and non-income cash of £104.0m was received in the six months ended 30 March and stated it was on track to deliver its full-year dividend target of 11.15p per share, up 6.7% year-on-year and fully covered by net income.

As of 0915 BST, 3i Infrastructure shares were up 0.32% at 313.0p.
