Euronext says technical issue has been resolved

Euronext said on Monday that the cause of a technical issue that halted trading earlier in the day in its cash and derivatives products has been identified and resolved.

"It was a technical issue impacting the middleware system," said Euronext, which is the largest stock exchange in Europe, operating markets in Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, London, Milan, Oslo and Paris.

"Euronext is thus preparing for a resumption of all markets but the Warrants and Certificates one for which investigations continue," it added.
