Sepura completes acquisition of Teltronic for EUR127.5m

UK telecom company Sepura announced on Wednesday it had completed the acquisiton of Dinamia's Teltronic group of companies for €127.5m

The transaction, completed earlier in May, will allow Dinamia to distribute an additional global dividend of €4.5m.

This amount represents the minimum €3m established within the terms of its merger with N + 1, approved at the General Meetings of both companies, as well as an additional €1.5m.

Concurrently, Sepura noted the deal would enhance its adjusted earnings per share in the first full-year after completion.
