James Bond 'Spectre' Aston Martin to be sold at auction

Iconic British car maker Aston Martin said it is auctioning one of its DB10 models produced for the James Bond film Spectre for at least £1m and donating the money to charity.

The car and 23 other Bond-related items will be sold 18 February at the ondon auction house of Christie’s on with proceeds donated to Médecins Sans Frontières.

The auction coincides with the release of the 24th Bond film on DVD. Aston Martin has been producing cars for the film franchise for 50 years.

The car has a 4.7-litre V8 petrol engine and a top speed of 190 mph, but it cannot be driven on public roads. It has been signed by James Bond actor Daniel Craig.
