ServicePower Technologies' chairman buys 2m new shares

The chairman of ServicePower Technologies has bought 2m shares in the company.

Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay purchased 2m shares for an individual price of 4.5p, spending £90,000 in the transaction.

The non-executive chairman, who was appointed last year, now holds 9.45m shares, which represent 4.2% of te group's issued share capital.

ServicePower said this month in a trading update that its first half-year was in line with management expectations.

Total revenues for the six months to 30 June 2015 are expected to rise to £7m from £6.2m same time last year.
