Directors' dealings: Oakley Capital´s Dubens adds to stake

Oakley Capital Investments´s Peter Dubens added significantly to his stake in the mid-market private equity investor.

On 27 October the non-executive director purchased 130,000 shares at an individual price of 146.50p for a total consideration of £380,900.01.

Earlier in that same month, on 17 October, the firm announced it had completed the sale of a controlling stake in PASHIP ELTE Group to Germany´s ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, in a transaction valued at roughly €300m.

More interesting perhaps, Oakley reaped an eye-watering internal rate of return of 145% on that investment.

That took his total holding in the company to 1.41m shares, an amount equivalent to 0.74% of the company´s share capital.
