Director dealings: Warehouse REIT director linked to buy, Cloudbreak execs make several transactions

Warehouse REIT disclosed a share purchase worth almost £100,000 on Friday, linked to one of its non-executive directors.

The logistics-focussed real estate investment trust said David Pitman had bought 61,646 shares at a price of 162.21p each on the London Stock Exchange.

That made the transaction worth a total of £99,998.45.

Warehouse REIT described David Pitman as a person closely associated with director Aimee Pitman, with the pair also the founders and directors of London-based consultancy Pitman and Company.

Natural resources investor Cloudbreak Discovery, meanwhile, announced a number of share transactions linked to its executive team.

The company said 27,819,064 shares had been acquired from Rosemount Capital Partners by Cronin Capital, controlled by its chief executive officer Samuel ‘Kyler’ Hardy.

It also said 442,500 shares had been sold by Cronin Capital to a third party, while 2,153,817 shares had been sold by various third parties to its chief operating officer Rory Kutluoglu.

Following the transactions, Hardy held 89,126,929 shares representing 19.89% of its issued share capital, and Kutluoglu held 8,324,120 shares representing 1.86% of the company’s issued ordinary shares.
