Director dealings: Vivo Energy chief holds onto share awards after they vest

Vivo Energy boss, Christian Chammas, sold some of the shares that had vested under the company's IPO share awards plan, but held on to the remainder.

Chammas sold 174,804 shares at 106.4p each to cover the statutory withholding liabilities from the awards, but held on to the remaining 211,705 shares that had vested.

On 27 April, the Africa-focused fuel distributor announced that it had made a "strong start" to the year, as its volumes continued to recover during the first quarter from the "significant" hit from Covid-19.

As of 1607 BST, shares of Vivo Energy were drifting 0.19% lower to 105.6p.
