Director dealings: Sumo Group director ups stake

Sumo Group revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Andrea Dunstan had acquired 33,333 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed video games firm.

Dunstan, who joined Sumo's board back in September 2018, purchased the shares at an average price of 180.0p each, for a total value of £59,999.40.

Back in June, Sumo said it had continued to perform well since its final results announcement in April, trading "comfortably in line" with market expectations.

Sumo added that it was "well-positioned" to benefit from increased activity in the video games market as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

As of 1650 BST, Sumo shares were up 1.65% at 185p.
