Director dealings: Sirius Real Estate boss ups stake

Andrew Coombs, chief executive of London-listed landlord Sirius Real Estate, acquired 400,000 ordinary shares in the Guernsey-based firm on Friday, upping his stake a total of 5.13m shares, representing 0.52% of the company's issued share capital.

Coombs, who joined the Sirius Facilities Group in January 2010, purchased the shares at an average cost of 65p for a total of £259,999.99.

The business park operator sold off its Bremen Hag business park in Germany for €3.8m earlier this month, in line with the property's book value.

The park is the second property in Bremen that the AIM-listed company has sold this year, an area that the company said is outside of its focus on the "big seven" cities in Germany, and was described as having "limited appeal" to tenants

Coombs said, "This is the only remaining non-core site in our portfolio. It has been a challenging site and it is therefore particularly pleasing to have notarised the sale in line with book value."

As of 1530 BST, Sirius shares had fallen 1.52% to 64.60p.
