Director dealings: Sanne chairman ups stake

Sanne Group revealed on Thursday that chairman Rupert Robson had acquired 12,239 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed alternative asset services firm.

Robson, who took over as chairman in March 2015, purchased the shares at an average price of 571.92p each, for a total value of £69,996.68.

Earlier in the day, Sanne said underlying earnings per share for the year to the end of December 2020 were set to be line with its expectations.

In an update ahead of its full-year results in March, the company said EPS will be consistent with its trading update last month despite the market backdrop being impacted by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic through the second half.

As of 1635 GMT, Sanne shares were up 0.18% at 560.0p.
