Director dealings: Raven Property CEO ups stake

Anton Bilton, executive deputy chairman of Russia-focussed investment firm Raven Property Group, acquired 32,410 ordinary shares in the firm via his interest in the Aurora Europa pension.

Bilton, who co-founded Raven in 2005, purchased the shares at an average price of 46.1p per share for a total disbursement of £14,941.01.

Following the transaction, Anton Bilton and his immediate family held a beneficial interest in 43.34m ordinary shares in Raven, representing 6.89% of its shares in issue.

Raven saw its IFRS profit after tax soar 649.35% to $57.7m in its last trading year and its diluted net asset value per share jump from $0.71 to $0.80.

At the time, chief executive Glyn Hirsch said, "We are delighted with the overall results for 2017. NOI is up 10% to $166.7 million, underlying earnings per share are up 19% to 8.56 cents and diluted net asset value per share is up 13% to 80 cents. The distribution of 4p for the year is a 60% increase over the 2.5p in 2016."

As of 1620 BST, Raven shares had ticked ahead 0.11% to 45.90p.
