Director dealings: New ULS Technology CEO makes share purchase
ULS Technology revealed on Thursday that chief executive Jesper With-Fogstrup had acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software company.
With-Fogstrup, who took over as CEO in January, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 92.00p each, for a total value of £23,000.
Back in December, reported a 31% fall in revenue in its first half to £10.06m, which it said was in line with the overall market.
ULS' gross margin fell to 42.7% for the six months ended 30 September, from 43.9% a year earlier, which it put down to changes in its business mix, while underlying earnings fell to £1.0m from £3.3m, while its underlying pre-tax profit was £330,000, falling from £2.78m.
As of 1640 GMT, ULS shares were down 0.93% at 85.20p.
