Director dealings: Medica Group CEO lowers stake

Medica Group chief executive John Graham sold 1.1m ordinary shares in the London-listed teleradiology services outfit on the open market at the end of the week.

Graham, who took over as chief executive back in 2011, disposed of the shares on 2 May at an average price of 148p, for a total value of £1.62m, the company said in a statement.

Medica achieved revenues of £39m in its last trading year, an increase of 15.6% year-on-year, driven by increased demand for its NightHawk and Cross-Sectional services

As of 1630 BST, Medica shares had inched back 0.34% to 148p.
